It's official!!

...I'm MOVING!! And soon. I sign the lease on Monday at 1pm. I found a two bedroom, one bath, twinplex in a nice area. The best part...I can fit like 8 cars in my driveway! Party at my place!!! It has a full basement too. For the first little while, there won't be much furniture....and all of it will be hand-me-downs from friends and family (so all of you who keep asking when I'm going to come get the stuff you have donated to furnishing my place...the answer is in two weeks!). The good thing about hand me downs is that I will have a reminder of friends and family all around. So even though I'm not going to live too close to most of you, you'll still be in my home everyday! I plan on starting my move the day after Thanksgiving--crazy I know, but that's when I have time off and I have to do it when I can. I'll be sending out the new address and an invite for an open house so everyone can come see it after I'm fully moved. Or after the holidays depending on how crazy things get. I do plan on having pretty much an "open door" policy at my house. If you ever need to get away or somewhere to hang out-the door is open (unless I'm at work and Elisabeth is at day care outside of the home). If anyone is ever in the area, don't hesitate to stop by. I LOVE having company and enjoy entertaining, so don't be surprised if I ask you to come over for dinner or coffee (after I can afford a coffee pot...) often. :)
Oh, and I don't think I put it on this blog, but I got another tattoo. They're addicting--but there are worse things to be addicted to. Here's a pic (if this works, I'm crossing my fingers)...

WooHoo...I did it. It took a little while. I can never remember how. Anyways....

Looking for a date....

Last December, the Trans Siberian Orchestra came to Cleveland for one day. I wanted to go. But just my luck, it was pageant weekend. I tried to figure out the possibility of going to a 3pm show in Cleveland and making it back to Akron by 5:30 for the pageant. I decided I didn't think it would be possible--even the way I drive :) So how excited was I when I saw they were coming again this December for three shows in two days. Of course it is on pageant weekend again, but that no longer affects me....So I debated as to whether to try to go or not. I really want to. And the more I thought about it (and checked my work schedule and saw I was off Saturday and could go to either show) the more I really wanted to go. So today I looked up tickets, found semi decent ones for the 3pm show on Saturday December 2, and bought them.
Here's the thing. I bought two tickets (didn't want to feel like a loser only getting one). So now I need a date. Anyone know any guys who would like to go? Concert, then maybe dinner in Cleveland. Let me know. It would be fun....well, if not fun, it wouldn't be a total bust, the music will be awesome at least. Well, gotta run!
