Things are going....
Good. I'm moved into my new place and LOVE it! The worst part is that I can hear my neighbors running up and down the stairs all the time...but I'm use to it now.
I'm still enjoying my job. I'm working second shift, which is 2pm-10pm. It's tough to get use to. Especially since I like to sleep in, and then feel like I have gotten nothing done. But, I'm doing better.
Anyways...for all those who were wondering about Muncie Mall (because of my pic), you now probably know a little more about it since that is where the show "Armed and Famous" was done. Muncie, IN. It was an interesting show..I only saw the first epiosde and I think they took it off already. If you haven't heard of it, here's a quick run down....they took like 6 "famous" people and trained them as police officers in Muncie. Among the "famous" were Jack Osbourne, Janet Jackson, Wee-Man (the "little person"), and Trish Stratus (she was a wrestler), and the guy from CHiPS. It was funny when I watched it and it came on and it said in Muncie IN...I was like....hmmm...I've been there!
Speaking of Muncie, Elisabeth and I went back last weekend (before the big snow fall!) to see Erin. She's at Ball State now for her Master's Degree. We had a fun weekend. We went to the Children's Museum, swimming at the YMCA, visited her church, and just hung out and watched movies (Cars and Open Season--Elisabeth's picks!). It was just nice to get away, see Erin, and have some fun. Maybe we'll plan a late spring or summer visit too. Unfortunately, I didn't make it out to the mall this time :( Maybe next time.
Hmmm...what else has been going on? Oh, PraiZ has started a team for the Hudson-Stow Relay for Life. I'm excited. I was on a team last year and it was so much fun!! More details will be coming soon....but you can check out our team website. Anyone is welcome to join the team or even just come out and have a good time with us! The event is Sat. June 2 starting at 9am and ending at 9am on Sunday June 3. But like I said, more details to come!
I'm getting a computer soon, so I'll be able to update and keep up with everyone better!
Well, Elisabeth is sick-that's why I have computer access. We are at my parent's house. She stayed with Becca and Nicky for a couple nights because the weather and they called me at 8am and told me she had been throwing up for 3 hours. Nice. Well, I took a sick day from work, and picked her up and came here. She's sleeping right now, but probably not for long.
